Sales Tax

Sales tax in the amount of 8.25% will be added to orders for all items except our cedar products (which include Rustic Natural Cedar garden furniture, arbors, fences, edging, and potting bench) for items shipped to California residents.

We work with several suppliers to provide you with quality garden products. Because of this, your order may include packages from different suppliers and may arrive separately and at different times. 

Our cedar garden products (Rustic Natural Cedar) are shipped throughout the contiguous 48 States. These products are generally shipped by UPS. After an order is received, products are usually shipped and you should receive it within 2 weeks, however, during the busy Spring season (May and June), it may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Our willow garden products and Vineyard Aluminum Benches and bistro sets are shipped throughout the contiguous 48 States. These products are usually shipped by UPS. Delivery generally takes 2 weeks.

All of our other products are shipped within the United States. These products are generally shipped to you UPS and there is a minimum shipping charge of $7.95 per order.  If an order is shipped to a physical address within the Continental United States and is less than one pound, USPS Priority Mail may be used. These orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days. UPS Ground shipping takes approximately 7-10 days. 

Because some of our products are considered to be oversized, additional shipping charges may apply.

Warranties

All Rustic Natural Cedar garden furniture comes with a manufacturer's 5-year limited warranty. If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no cost to you. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product or part to the "ship to " address on back at your own expense. A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work.

All other cedar garden products (Rustic Natural Cedar) come with a limited 1-year warranty. If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no cost to you. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product or part to the "ship to " address on back at your own expense. A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work.

The above warranties do not cover defects caused by the modification, alteration or repair of the product or part by anyone other than the manufacturer. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product, or use or assembly thereof in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

As stated above regarding our Rustic Natural Cedar garden products, you may obtain warranty service and the product part or whole product may be replaced at no charge to you.

Our other products come with the guarantee that the product is what is pictured and descibed and that they are free of defects. Our suppliers take care in packing your order so that it reaches you in good condition. If you receive an item that is defective, you may return it and get a replacement at no additional charge.

Return Policy

It is important to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. For Rustic Natural Cedar garden products (cedar arbors, trellises, planters, lattice enclosure, edging, and cedar garden furniture), please contact us immediately so that we can get you a "return authorization" number. You will need to put this number on the packages you are returning.  All merchanise returned for customer convenience (as opposed to product defect) are subject to a 30% restocking fee to be charged to you.  Please fully inspect your purchase carefully.  All damages incurred during shipping must be claimed with the carrier. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

For our willow garden products (arbors, edging, screens) and Vineyard Aluminum Benches and Bistros Sets, defective products may be returned and replacement will be provided at our discretion and at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, a substitution may be provided. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, however, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the product. You will receive an authorization number and instructions for the return. Only original cartons and saleable products may be returned. Please note that products that are not damaged or defective and are simply returned for customer convenience are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

For all of our other products, if an item you receive arrives broken or seems defective in any way, please contact us immediately. Broken or defective products will be replaced or returned. Non-defective and non-damaged returns must be shipped back within 30 days. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns for customer convenience.
